The EGM of ELEKTROBUDOWA voted to issue up to 527 512 series D shares Elektrobudowa’s shareholders resolved to issue not more than 527 512 series D shares of par value 2 zloty each, with the subscription rights for the existing shareholders. The day of record was set for 12 November 2007. Each held eight shares in Elektrobudowa shall give right to subscribe for one share of series D. In effect, the company’s share capital will be increased from 8 948 266 PLN to 10 003 290 PLN. |
