ELEKTROBUDOWA - a guiding model in corporate governance
For the third time ELEKTROBUDOWA SA is among the award-winning listed companies in the rating of “Trustworthy Companies”, having obtained the maximum number of points. The rating – which purpose is to honour those companies, listed on the WSE, who implement the corporate governance standards – has been prepared since 2003 by the Institutional Investors Chapter and the Polish Institute of Directors. The evaluating criteria include: ownership structure, general meetings and relations between shareholders, financial transparency and access to information, and also the structure and internal processes of the supervisory board. Among the rewarded companies are: traditionally, Kęty Group, and BRE, BZ WBK, KOELNER, PBG, PRATERM, ZELMER.
