Cooperation Agreement with the Silesian University of
Technology On 1 February 2006 Jacek Faltynowicz, President of ELEKTROBUDOWA, and Professor Wojciech Zieliński, Chancellor of the Silesian University of Technology, signed an agreement of cooperation between the Company and the University. The purpose of the agreement is the active support of career development of the University students and graduates. The Parties agreed the following scope: 1. Development of traineeship and internship placement programmes. 2. Mutual presentation and promotion of accomplishments. 3. Cooperation in arranging employment for graduates. By the Agreement ELEKTROBUDOWA committed themselves to sponsor scholarships for selected last-year students; to provide post-graduate internship, student and graduation traineeship; to employ graduates. The University warrants to implement the topics proposed by ELEKTROBUDOWA in the master’s theses written by their students; to include the issues, which are in the scope of ELEKTROBUDOWA’s business activity, in the training programmes; to appoint students for post-graduate internship and student and graduation traineeship; to promote ELEKTROBU-DOWA’s business scope and track record among students. Both parties to the agreement appointed their coordinators: The Silesian University of Tech-nology – Professor Ryszard K. Wilk, Vice-Chancellor Education; ELEKTROBUDOWA – Mr Piotr Janczyk, Human Resources Manager. In the agreement the parties emphasized that, basing on their experience and achievements, they will do their best that the cooperation serve mutual interest and contribute to economic growth of our country and region, particularly help the University students and graduates en-ter the job market. |
